We either take the information as provided and update the website or as a premium service offer to specially write the information with imagery and promotions as required.
If you wish us to update the site on a regular basis we would be happy to share our rates which are per annum and payable in advance.

  • Consultation

    If we are the right fit, we start by defining the purpose and goals of the website. We clarify if you require an update or a complete makeover on the existing site. We then offer to update the website with your organisations information as provided or we could expertly curate the information for you. Our proposals are shared with you.

  • Next Best Steps

    Once you approve the proposal, we raise our proforma document and payment terms are 80% in advance and 10% on completion and 10% after three months. We plan and design the website in case of a make over and offer 5 template options. Next you select a layout, select colours and fonts, and decide on the overall aesthetic of the website.

  • Final Steps

    Then, we develop the website. This includes writing the code, creating the pages, and implementing any necessary features or functionality. We complete the site by putting information as provided or we do it for you as our premium service.

  • Validation & Handover

    Finally, we test and launch the website. We test the website for bugs, make any necessary changes, and then officially launch the website to the public.
